1. Booking & Payments

• A non-refundable, non-transferable retainer is required to reserve your date.

• No services are confirmed until both the signed contract and retainer are received.

• Final payment must be made by the agreed-upon due date outlined in your contract or email confirmation.

• Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may only be accommodated at Vero Soliman Beauty’s discretion.

2. Service Availability

• Bridal bookings may be made up to 12 months in advance.

• Special event bookings may be made up to 30 days in advance.

• All services are subject to artist availability and confirmation.

3. Refund Policy

• All retainers and payments are non-refundable.

• If the client cancels or reschedules, refunds will not be issued.

• In rare cases of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to substitute artists or adjust bookings as needed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and branding — is the property of Vero Soliman Beauty, LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any material without written permission.

5. Limitation of Liability
